Welcome to PB Suites. By booking a stay at our suites in Florence, Italy, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking & Payment
- Reservations can be made through our website, third-party booking platforms, or directly via phone/email.
- A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking. We accept Credit Card Payments by Stripe.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 Days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100 % of the booking amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 11:00 AM| Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Guests must provide valid identification upon arrival as required by Italian law.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect the property, staff, and other occupants. Any damage caused will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the suites.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated in the booking.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Liability & Safety
- PB Suites is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Please use provided safes when available.
- Guests must comply with local laws and safety regulations.
- Any misuse of the property that leads to damages or legal consequences will be the guest’s responsibility.
Force Majeure
PB Suites is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.
Privacy & Data Protection
By booking with PB Suites, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Amendments to Terms
PB Suites reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
